The World’s First St. Regis Gardens

Unveiling a Culinary Hotspot By The St. Regis dubai, The Palm.

Dubai is set to welcome its newest gastronomy haven and an elite event destination with the announcement of St. Regis Gardens, an original concept by The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. This new project provides an unparallel synergy between The St. Regis hotel and Dubai’s leading developer and the hotel’s owning company, Nakheel, on a groundbreaking endeavor to unveil a unique and luxury dining destination.

The St. Regis Gardens is a one-of-a-kind project for The St. Regis Brand, embodying their commitment to innovation and unmatched guest experiences. The highly anticipated venue will host five exceptional restaurants including Trèsind Studio, Chez Wam, Aretha, Signor Sassi, and LEÑA – Las Brasas x Dani Garcia. These restaurants will span the expansive garden, providing visitors and residents of the city with an extraordinary culinary adventure like never before.

St. Regis Gardens, an open-terrace concept, will transport guests to a space designed to inspire and encourage creativity. Visitors can enter The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm whereby a dedicated welcome lobby has been designed for direct access to the Gardens. From there, weaving pathways lined with bonsai trees and other flora from around the world will lead guests to the various on-site restaurants.

Speaking on the newest venture, Marwan Fadel, General Manager at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm comments, “St. Regis Gardens is the next step in our journey to bring forth innovative and unmatched experiences to our guests, and we have worked hand-in-hand with our owning company, Nakheel, renowned hospitality houses and the tastemakers from across the world to deliver on this vision. With dining options that set the standard for sophistication, St. Regis Gardens will also serve as an all-purpose, chic event platform, hosting the likes of private fashion shows, live music performances, and upscale cultural exhibitions. As we commence the launch, we look forward to heralding an exciting new wave of dining to Dubai’s vibrant hospitality scene.”

Transporting patrons on a global gastronomy journey, Tresind Studio, the two Michelin –Starred Indian restaurant takes diners on a journey to the evolution of Indian cuisine. The tasting menu features flavours from the four compass points of India. The intricate presentation along with some storytelling creates an unforgettable dining experience.

Chez Wam and Aretha, both operated by the renowned RIKAS Group, are next in the elegant journey at St. Regis Gardens. Chez Wam is preparing for its grand launch by the end of June and will be led by Chef Hadrien Villedieu in which guests can anticipate an exquisite culinary voyage. The highly awaited restaurant will offer a fine dining and bar concept perfectly suited to the opulence of the Gardens. Additionally, Aretha, a chic restaurant and lounge reminiscent of the Roaring Twenties, is set to open its doors in September. Visitors can expect regular live entertainment that invokes the glory days of the Jazz Age, with plush seating, gold detailing, and glittering chandeliers.

Another notable addition by Sunset Hospitality Group and San Carlos Group, St. Regis Gardens unveils London-based Italian restaurant, Signor Sassi, which has long been known for hosting the British Royal Family and celebrities. Signor Sassi’s interior will act as an extension of the surrounding gardens, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor that mimics an authentic Italian summer – with a menu to match. Signor Sassi opened its doors in 1984 and has since become an institution in London with the latest venue set to launch in September, will be the third in the Middle East, with the brand already operational in Riyadh and Doha.

To complete the epicurean line-up, St. Regis Gardens will also welcome LEÑA Las Brasas, a Spain-based grill house from the world-renowned 3 Michelin Star Chef Dani Garcia, in September, in partnership with Addmind Hospitality. Voted the most beautiful restaurant in the world in 2021, LEÑA mixes tradition, innovation and produce to present diners with an authentic experience – including flame-grilled meat and exceptional wines from LEÑA’s dedicated Wine Bar. Inspired by the award-winning interiors, the venue will also feature its 2 Michelin Star SMOKED ROOM – Fire Omakase, a clandestine 14-seat fine dining luxury dining experience combining smoke and ember as a common thread. LEÑA, at St. Regis Gardens, will incorporate wood, stone, and dark finishes to create an atmosphere of luxury from start to finish with a spectacular outdoor bar and lounge area overlooking the Palm Jumeirah skyline.
